TENDERLOIN WITH HERBS TO REDUCE MOLD CAKE



easy recipe and very rich indeed ... Pork tenderloin is, but you can use any meat you like.

Ingredients:

- Pork tenderloin
- Potatoes
- Jet wine (good for Bank One)
- Oregano and thyme (I used a variety of spices to meat)
- Pastilla broth
- Garlic ( 4-5)
- Oil

Salt - Pepper varied

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 º C for 10 minutes.

Peel potatoes and cut into slices about 1 cm. We
