Recipe request of my girls ... Sunday the famous cupcakes ¡¡¡¡... so that they can make and eat the lot:
Ingredients: 150g flour
sugar 100 gr butter 75gr
3 tablets of black chocolate
2 eggs 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 dash of olive oil
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar molds
muffins Preparation: Preheat oven
to 200g. In a bowl add 75g butter and sifted flour before. Stir until everything is homogeneous. Add the normal sugar and vanilla, a little oil and stir. Then add yeast and egg. Move vigorously and when attached, add the other egg and keep moving.
With chocolate chips do quite biggie. We put them into the dough, reserving a few.
Place the dough in the muffin molds, taking into account that only be filled halfway. Once filled the molds, add in chocolate chips over which we have left aside. We got
oven to 180 degrees and we put the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
