ossobuco BASMATI RICE IN SAUCE WITH


For meat lovers ...

Ingredients:

- 350-400g Ossobuco
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of white wine
- Basmati Rice
-
oil - 2 cloves garlic
- Sal
-
Pepper - Oregano
- Water

Preparation:

* Season the Ossobuco and sealed in a pan.
* Place in a pot the onion chopped into strips, add oil and fry. Add the oregano.
* When pochadita and well-sealed meat, add the meat to the pot, cook all together.
* Add the wine and wait a few minutes to evaporate all the alcohol. Add 2 cups water and let
cook 30 minutes. (The meat Ossobuco is a very hard and we have to cook very well
)
* While meat cooks, put the two cloves of garlic in a casserole with oil, add the rice and prepare
.
* When you are done, and eat ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ emplatado
NOTE: We can also accompany French fries.
